Friendpire is a cozy island game made by an independent developer. By using the app you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, not to scare you.

Using Friendpire

• Friendpire is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You need to be at least 13 years old to use it.
• You're responsible for what you upload. Only upload photos you have the right to use — your own face, not someone else's.
• No impersonation, harassment, or abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate content. The photo pipeline only accepts a single clear face, and uploads that break these rules can be removed.

Your head, your friends' worlds

If you add a head photo, it appears on your character in the worlds of friends you've connected with. Remove it or replace it any time in the app, or ask for full deletion by email.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Prices, billing, and refunds follow Apple's App Store rules; refund requests go through Apple.

The honest legal part

• Friendpire is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past twelve months.
• Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.
• The service may change or be discontinued; reasonable notice will be given if that ever happens.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
